The Company

Seistag* is a company that implements in small and medium size companies techniques mainly applied in big organisations. We promote innovation and internationalisation having specialised in the field of Ligno-Cellulose materials. Main areas of activity are: ultimate technologies, automatisation, product development, new wood applications, adhesives, biocomposites and biofuels.

Our job

Seistag* identifies business opportunities analysing capabilities of the company, potential markets and available technologies.We boost competitiveness of the company with our own method based on analysis, contribution with valuable ideas and its implementation to end up in bigger profits. To do so, we optimise processes, define products, set objective quality parameters and develop communication and marketing tools. Moreover, we directly participate in the international sales expansion of the company, finding markets, customers and finalising export sales.

History

Seistag* starts up back in 2013 when a group of professionals with valuable experience in leading companies of different industries join forces. As results, Seistag* gathers experience in strategic marketing, product design, industrial organisation, engineering, innovation management and internationalisation. Three main activity areas are then executed:
