OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT:

The experimental definition of complete curves of drying, which integrate the oreo or pre-drying with drying in the case of wood and drying by freezing in the case of fruit.

Implement innovative drying technologies such as low temperature drying, vacuum drying, solar drying, continuous drying, etc.

Implement ICT technologies such as WIFI nodes and advanced sensor for humidity measurement (multifrequency technology and others).

Define sawing protocols that improve yields in the drying phase especially in the case of quality wood.
